When do I need to send you the name of our guests for the table plan?

The main booking contact will have received and essential guide with the guest list form. This form needs to be completed in full and returned to no later than Friday TBC

What is the dress code?

Black Tie

What entrance should I use?

Please use the Charter Foyer entrance

What time do the awards start?

You need to arrive from 18.45 and follow signage for the drinks reception.

The drinks reception will not open until their indicated time so please do not arrive early.

Do I need my ticket?

You will need your ticket to access the event. However, if you have misplaced your ticket we will have a guest list on hand to assure your entry.

What are the timings for the awards?

18:45 Drinks Reception

19.15 Welcome Speech then Dinner

21.15 Award Ceremony begins

22.30 Estimated end of ceremony*

01.00 Bar Closes and carriages

I have changed the guests I am bringing, does that matter?

No, there will be a table plan by company name.

Please advise your guests that they need to look for this to see where they are to sit.

How will I know my table number?

Your company and table number will be listed on the table plan within the drinks reception and will also be listed in the guest book.  Members of the awards team will have comprehensive guest lists which can be consulted should your company name not be listed.  If you are attending as a guest of someone please look for their company name on the plan.

Is there phone reception within the main room?

There is limited reception for a number of networks

Can I smoke?

Smoking is illegal anywhere within the venue – there will be designated smoking areas outside

Will there be photographers?

There will be the official photographer who will be moving around the event taking photographs and all winners will have their photo taken on the stage
