If any of your guests have specific access requirements or will need assistance on the night, please contact the team at awardssupport@hsj.co.uk as soon as possible so we can ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
We would also like to remind you that from the start of the awards lighting effects (including strobe lighting), water based vapour machines and loud music will be in operation. Alcohol will be served throughout the night and we ask that you remind your guests to please drink responsibly. If the venue deems you to be too intoxicated, they reserve the right to remove you from the premises.
